I have my personal ranking of food so good, that almost make you cry. Gnudis are on the list since I tried them at Bouchon Bistro in Napa. It's simply ricotta mixed with parmesan coated in a thin layer of flour. When cooked they are delicate and creamy. Pure pleasure. I've tried to recreate them without recipe and it was a disaster. But thanks to a show The Mind of a Chef I've rediscover the recipe in the book of @aprilbloomfield - superb lady chef I admire so much. It takes three days to make them, but they are absolutely worth every minute of waiting. Mine maybe wasn't perfect, but good enought to water my eyes. ♥ #thereshecooks
