Japanese style breakfast: salmon tartare over nishiki rice with genmaicha tea. I've learned this recipe from a chef in my favourite sushi place in Warsaw. You need to mix chopped salmon with leek, egg yolk, dollop of sesame oil, soy sauce and a bit of japanese seven spice. Give it an hour in the fridge and it's ready. #thereshecooks
