Photo by @Tim Laman. A strangler fig tree enshrouds the jungle temple of Ta Prohm at Angkor. Shot recently on a stopover in Cambodia after a summer of shooting orangutans for @ナショナルジオグラフィック in Indoensia. I have had a long-standing fascination with these strangler figs that grow on other trees, and also ruins like this, so of course this was my favorite of all the temples around Angkor. Fabulous that these trees were left in place at this temple, giving it a real sense of atmosphere and mystery. #cambodia, @thephotosociety, #angkor, @Tim Laman.
