Box jumps are an amazing exercise to add into your training routine.
My favourite? ? Just make sure you land SOFTLY girls. It's all good and well to get up there, but you NEED to absorb the pressure of the land to avoid injury ? I always say to my clients "practice jump squats and concentrate on 'falling into' the squat as you land"
