I want to help everyone understand that there is a HUGE difference between being JUST SKINNY (in an unhealthy fashion) vs being LEAN and FIT. ❌ 'Skinny girls' usually don't work out, lack muscle tone, they are weaker in their arms and legs, get tired easily, feel faint quickly and their stamina over all is not good. ✅LEAN and FIT girls have amazing muscle tone, strong arms and legs, can push their bodies harder, can workout longer, exercise regularly and their stamina is fantastic. ❌You don't have to do a 100kg squat to be deemed strong ? I always get silly remarks under my photos like " you need to do squats" "weak" "too skinny eat something"...? ✅?You don't get great muscle tone, ABS and a strong healthy body by being "born that way". You get it by eating healthy and working out!! Do not feel discouraged by the look of girls like the Victoria Secrect models. They are just like us. You and me, we are all beautiful women. ✅Behind the scenes they are busting their asses everyday in the gym and eating healthy foods. This doesn't mean you should feel "down" because YOU train hard and don't look like them. Everyone will look different but EVERYONE can be strong and lean. ✅If you want to be HEALTHY, LEAN, FIT and HAPPY, it doesn't matter if you are over weight or underweight, you BOTH have to work very hard to get there. EVERYONE can improve their body composition, strength and fitness excluding the less than 1% who have illnesses or disorders that prevent them from training or actually losing weight at all. For those of you that CAN train, choose to eat well and choose to dedicate time and effort to your body, you WILL change your body for the better.
