These are not at all indicators of good health. I've said it since day one
Box gaps❌, skinny legs❌, less and less food❌, too much exercise❌
THESE however are indicators of good health. ✅good energy levels ✅lean and toned muscles ✅confidence ✅ happiness✅ ❌Box gaps - are not a measure of health. They never have and NEVER WILL BE. You should strive for health and happiness. I have always said this, scroll as far down my feed as you like. ❌Skinny legs - are not the goal. Lean and toned are . If you want to reduce fat on your legs, eat the right foods, exercise and look after your body.... Your body WILL reward you accordingly. ❌Less food is not the answer - this will likely only lead to fatigue, hormonal issues and illness. Fuel your body so it WORKS PROPERLY. ❌More exercise - my guide is 28 - 45 mins long depending on the day. That's ALL you need. Hours and hours of exercise will only stress your muscles/ body. Less is more. Do it right the first time.
