Thank you to all the people who posted about their inspirations. ALL of the posts are deserving and ALL are inspirational! This contest was really about showing love to people who have inspired you and to bless them with kind words. I’m so thankful to those that took the time to write up and post about their inspiration.

The account I have chosen to feature is @ameliakyoga. I have spent several nights in tears reading her words and have been inspired myself to be the best mother I can to my two little boys. Inspiration to be a better mother is worth more than I can put a value on. I encourage you to follow her and go through and read her posts. Her story is heart wrenching but her spirit and the light she gives is inspirational.

I have been a follower myself of Amelia for a long time. I don’t really remember how I came to follow her but I was enchanted by her images and beautiful asana. I loved watching her over the last year as she became pregnant and continued to participate in yoga challenges. 5 weeks ago Amelia gave birth to a baby boy, Landon. According to her posts she has written, no one knows why but her baby didn’t survive and died a few days later. Her and her husband documented his short time on this earth with beautiful images of holding him. Her posts are filled with grief yet somehow are uplifting and encouraging to others. Her attitude and heartfelt posts bring light to thousands of people who have lost a loved ones or are going through their own tragedy. Amelia also has posted about donating her breast milk, which she has been pumping ever since Landon's death to help mothers who can’t breast feed nourish their babies.
I don’t know what Amelia needs during this time but I and @ALO Yoga will be supporting her on her journey - whatever that may be. Thank you Amelia for your honesty and courage to share your story with the world who follows you. We love you and we support you.
