Inspiration Contest

@beachyogagirl here… This week I have the privilege of taking over @ALO Yoga ’s Instagram account. Inspiration comes in many forms and is the reason why so many people change their lives. Inspiration can change dull to exciting or tragedy to triumph. It is more valuable than some may realize and it is always nice to recognize those people who have touched our lives in a positive way.
For today’s contest please NOMINATE someone who has inspired you.
Ideas to help you decide:
1. They have helped or inspired you and/or others in some way

2. They shine light & are encouraging to others

3. They overcame some kind adversity
4. They are a survivor (i.e. recently lost weight, overcame an addiction, battled cancer or lost a loved one)

5. They always think of others first

This contest is about showing people how much they mean to you and how they inspired you in any way.
