Here is part 1 of my tutorial on #pinchamayurasana ? Use a block between your hands to keep them in alignment. Try not to let the elbows splay out. Elbows need to be directly under your shoulders and in 90 degree line with your wrists. The block or a strap will help you maintain this alignment. Slowly, walk the feet in and lift one leg. Gently, try a few hops and see if you can find balance. Keep legs in a split until you feel the balance point. Draw in the navel and engage uddiyana bandha (google it). Drawing the shoulders back over the elbows (think bone stacking) will make it a lot easier for you. Point the toes and engage the legs. Lastly, focus and breathe. ?
