Ingredients:
1 lb. lamb rack (about 8 pcs)
2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
1 cup red wine

Marinade:
2 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
Dash of rosemary
1 tbsp. olive oil

Seasoning Mix:
1 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water

Directions:
1. Combine lamb rack with Marinade
2. Pan-fry lamb rack in 2 Tbsp. oil until golden and desired doneness is reached. Keep warm.
3. Use the same skillet to sauté garlic. Add red wine and simmer until wine reduces to half. Stir in Seasoning Mix and heat through until thickened. Serve lamb rack with the sauce.
