You don't need to measure your 2 cups of leafy greens with a measuring cup. I just grab two handfuls of leafy greens and dump into my blender— each handful is about a cup (maybe a little more, which is extra awesome!). SPRING MIX BASH | serves two
2 cups spring mix (salad greens)
2 nectarines
1 banana
2 cups water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
