Crazy to know how much stronger i am from 3 months ago, mentally and physically, despite all of the obstacles...and to think about where all life has taken me following my passion. Sometimes I find myself wondering why I do weightlifting, and usually end up reminding myself that it has nothing to do with lifting the weights but more about believing something can and will beat me down if I were to give in and let it, just like life in general.
