Hands down one of the best weeks of my life. 8 training sessions since Monday, several big PRs, technique improvement and an all around good time. I met so many wonderful people in Wilmington and Winston and formed a lot of great bonds. Port City is one of my favorite places in the country to visit, I simply fell in love with the town and gym and the people there and will keep going back. I am loving my new Mash family and thankful to be embraced and welcomed on to the team so warmly by their entire community. There is a lot more to this team than just lifting and i love that.
