OMG this workout is amazing for hamstrings!? I am doing a dead lift holding a kettle bell on a BOSU ball. I love this exercise because it allows you to stretch your hammies on a whole other level. Main point of this exercise is to push back on your heels to feel the stretch keep core tight and back flat. I don't go too heavy on this exercise. I am using a 10 pound kettle bell. I do 4 sets for 20 reps.
