Not exactly your typical gym selfie this morning. Been a little out of it the past couple days and the last thing I wanted to do this morning was roll out of bed and put on anything that wasn't an oversized tee I tend to roam my house in. BUT when there are meetings there are opportunities and things that need to be done. So what do you do those days when you lack motivation? Whether it be in the gym or life in general....you put on your big girl panties and JUST DO IT!

Ok enough "motivational" talk I'll now go back to my pointless comments that hopefully make you laugh and think I'm weird as sh*t.
