ManCrushMonday! No, not that kind of man crush you gossiping divas. (@biolayne is happily married with a gorgeous wife and child so save the drama for yo momma)
He is ALSO probably one of the most influential men in the industry. It's been a while since I caught up on Layne's YouTube videos and I had a chance to do so today while cooking (yes, that means I'll have a yummy recipe up for you guys tomorrow). One of my favorite thus far has been "Happiness as a State of Being" because it couldn't be more true. Some people watch the news...I find my amusement in broscience and rants while learning something new. No, I don't have all the answers to all your problems (that's what Oprah was for). I've had my screwups with diet, training and life in general but when I wanted an answer...I went and did my research, weighed BOTH sides of the argument and made the decision myself. This guy is a great place to start for anyone lost and confused. Thanks for all you do @biolayne! Happy Motivation Monday everyone! Who's your inspiration?
