What motivates me to workout every day?
Believe it or not, I'm a very lazy person and I like to be the winner in this every day battle with my laziness. It's all about self control and discipline on daily basis. And this is fight with yourself, not with anybody else. I'm not trying to better then someone else, I'm trying to be better then I was yesterday.
