@argonautphoto (Aaron Huey) on assignment for @National Geographic Travel. Rock shops are one of my favorite things about road trips. I bought this at Ellison's rock shop/garage in Sierra Blanca, #Texas. Tom Ellison is getting pretty old and can't see as well as he used to, so he couldn't tell me exactly what kind of rock this was. Agate? Can anyone out there identify it?
