I am Caroline Hennekes, I am 17 years old ! I am now training at the Margaret Barbieri Conservatory of Dance, the higher class of the school of Sarasota Ballet. This summer I am going to ABT New York summer intensive and am so excited to see what doors that opportunity will open up!
For pointe shoes, I wear Bloch Axiom Strongs. My favorite leotard brand is Yumiko, since they are so fun and fit so well. However, since I only have a couple, I also love Bloch, Wear Moi, and some Natalie! I am always looking for flattering and more importantly comfortable leos and skirts and such.
Some other facts about me:
I am a senior in high school and graduating a year early! I really want to take the next couple of years to solidify my ballet training and focus on becoming a better dancer and artist.
I have a huge weakness for coffee, ice cream, and anything chocolate related. All in all, I am merely a girl trying to achieve my dream (no matter how cliche this sounds), but really as long as I'm dancing I'm happy.
