The Bourbon Blackberry Collins: Muddle 3 blackberries in a shaker, then add ice, 1 1/2 ounces bourbon, 3/4 ounce lemon juice and 3/4 ounce simply syrup. Shake and strain over ice, then stir in 2 ounces club soda and garnish with another blackberry. Pic by @lucasallenphoto.
