14.5. My 2 weakest things, so many no reps for squat depth because my ankle hurt, doing a spin move jump over the bar landing only on my left foot and my shoulder screaming to quit torturing it...and then my back locked up. But i finished. Um. Ya. I'll be doing that again never. I am now officially training with Jamie for #Weightlifting Nationals & the American Open!! Goodbye #crossfit i will see you again in a few months and i WILL be at regionals next year when i have had a healthy year to train! Hellooooo new strength cycle! Ready to get that 300# Squat!! @whiteandchrome
