Make this bracing #spring cocktail: In a shaker, combine a handful of #fennel fronds with 3 lemon wheels, 2 ounces dry sparkling wine, 3/4 ounce of #Campari and 1/2 ounce simple syrup. Muddle it well. Add ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Squeeze a lemon peel over the drink and add it to the glass. Garnish with a fennel sprig and drink. (Photo by @pthepaul.)
