Day 12 #springintoyoga Peacock Pose! I swear to you this is the first time I've been able to lift my legs in this pose! It's such a difficult one for me... Face your palms backwards and dig your elbows into your belly. (It's not supposed to feel good :) lean forward and try with all your might to lift your legs!!!
