She said...."well you have to get that boot off your leg first, then it's on, looking forward to it"....then i made her sign the boot haha. #motivation Alright sista....it's on! The @crossfitgames Open starts today!! Crazy to believe not that long ago I couldn't even walk on my own for months....& since border line starting over I have added 50# to my back squat, increased every lift for all time PRs, beat all of my 2013 Open workout times, and am ready to tackle this thing with a vengeance.
