HAMMERTIME!
2 variations of raises. Don't have specific names for these because I tend to make up my own and just play with different hand/feet positions.

Superset:
1. Front leg raises sustaining yourself with hands rather than forearms. (If you turn your toes inward when doing leg raises you'll feel the burn in your lower "v") Do until failure.
2. Side to side knee raises for obliques. Do until failure.
3. Not pictured: HAMMERTIME! Do until you get enough creepy stares and laugh hard enough to give you a six-pack.

Note: I don't care how many ab exercises you do if your body fat percentage is not low enough they will not jut magically appear! Sucks I know!
