How often do you try something new in your workout?

For me it's always been important to stay functional by mixing in movements that are more sports related. Our bodies want homeostasis, and that is the reason if you don't change the stimulus the body will plateau. By varying your routines along with trying new thing you keep your body guessing and therefor growing. It's also a good way to keep form boredom. So don't worry about looking silly when trying new things, think about about the benefits and how great u will feel when you have conquered a new feat!!
