Today's leg workout: ➡️Romanian deadlift - 5x8
➡️Single leg deadlift - 4x10 superset with good mornings 4x12
➡️Lunge onto elevated step (This really gets into the hamstrings and glutes!) 4x8 superset with calf raises 4x25.
➡️Curtsey lunges - 4x10 superset with deep plié squats - 4x10
➡️ Barbell glute bridge - 4x8 single leg, then 3x10 both legs. ➡️ I finished with a range of cable exercises I.e. Leg lifts, kick backs, etc then 10 minutes skipping to destroy my calves ?
