Oh hello, Keto diet. Haven't seen you for a while, you look kinda boring, but it's ok, it's inly for 10 days to shake things up in my body.
Remember the most important rule while doing Keto diet. You have to eat plenty of healthy fats! When you don't have carbs, your body gets energy from fats. Include salmon, lean beef, almond butter, nuts, avocado to your high protein, low carb diet and you'll be totally fine. Keto diet is good for 1-2 weeks, not more than that, it is strongly recommended to carb load for a few days after using Keto.
