Chocolate Pancakes. ?1 cup of ancient grain mix ?1/2 cup plus ?2 tablespoons of milk? 1 tablespoons of milk ?2 tablespoons of cocoa powder? 2 tablespoons of coconut oil ?2 teaspoons of flax mill ?1 egg. Mix all to have a smooth batter. The topping was ?3 Tablespoons of PB2 mixed with water to obtain a loose but thick liquid. ?I also used 2 table spoons of sugar free chocolate syrup and melted that for about 10 second in my microwave for it to be loose. Placed all on the pancake and added some strawberries. This was my first chocolate pancake and I very much enjoyed it. Hope you do too.
