Chipotle Taco Salad. First I prepared my ground turkey with the chipotle taco seasoning. You can find those at any store. They are the envelope ones where you find the taco stuff. Then i layered my salad. ? chopped romaine lettuce?diced tomatoes ?shredded carrots? shredded purple cabbage ?corn ?black olives? diced red belle pepper? ground turkey ?2% finely shredded cheddar? cheese? light sour? cream? salsa (I sure poured it all over my salad?)
