Turkey Egg Wrap. Low carb, high protein. I kinda over filled the rolls. This recipe should make about 4 wraps not 3. I simply just sautéed the chicken breast with some olive oil to give it some color on the outside. I set that aside. Then I added 2 eggs and one egg white (you can use three full eggs if you don't care for the extra fat), then I added some red belle pepper and jalapeño pepper. If you don't like spicy stuff just use regular green belle peppers seasoned with some fresh grind peppercorn, and salt. Then added 1 slice of 2% baby Swiss cheese. Divided the eggs on to the turkey breast and rolled. You can use any turkey breast size bigger than these from the deli. Just have them thick enough so they don't rip.
