"I've recreated an old memory of mine at my workplace, an organization that assists women living with HIV. It's a flashback to when I first visited the organization. I had just found out that I was HIV-positive. I was worried about who I might run into. I thought, if anyone sees me here, they will know I have HIV. At the time my HIV status was secret. I didn't want my story to be public. People were gossiping. When I did decide to disclose my HIV status many people shunned me."
