Day 42: We reached the end of the Ganges River - roughly 1500 miles in length - by every mode of transportation possible: foot, flight, bus, car, raft, boat, train, zodiac, rickshaw and ferry. From monsoon storms to a cyclone, we endured 3 ft. of snow to 103 F degree heat - all part of an expedition for @ナショナルジオグラフィック to document this holy river that is revered my millions and reviled by many. By the end: were all ready for a swim and to join this dog for a nap on the beach of Sagar Island, looking out at the sea of the Bay of Bengal. #Gangas2s #ambujacement @davidcmorton @mountainworld
