If you want to achieve your goals you have to make a plan and follow it every day, no matter what.
I have been doing this routine for a very loooong time, every morning the same ritual
Wake up
Huge glass of water with ?CLA ?L-Carnitine ?BCAA by @optimumnutrition
20 min later breakfast
1/3 cup of oatmeal, 4-5 egg whites , cup of coffee
The amount of oatmeal and egg whites varies depending on my contest preparation
Today I treated myself as I'm officially off season !!!! ??? Woo-woo
I made my oatmeal with unsweetened Almond milk, added 1/2 scoop of Hydro whey cookies and cream by @optimumnutrition
Strawberries
Blueberries
I also always add fiber to my oatmeal, it's never too much fiber :), I also bake with it, I'll post more recipes later.
Yum!
And I did 30 min cardio outside.
It doesn't matter whether I off season or I'm getting ready for the contest, I want to look good for myself, not for judges and this is my lifestyle, I'm so used to it, I just couldn't refuse the urge to run this morning, even tho I didn't really have to :) #anyastar #happy
