The biggest misunderstanding ever: "if you want to lose weight you have to stop eating" it's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
If you want to lose #weight you HAVE to #eat! Eat more often, make #healthy choices towards lean protein, #veggies, #healthy carbs, stay away from sugar, processed and high saturated fat food.
I get this a lot from other people " Oh, you probably don't eat at all to stay so skinny"
Well, this is sample of one of my meals, as you can see I eat and eat a lot. I eat 50% more then any other regular person does, I just have learned how to do it right: what to eat and when to eat. I also exercise a lot, I spend 2-2,5 hours at the gym almost every day and it's only 30-35 min cardio, the rest is weight lifting. Another misunderstanding "If girl lifts means she will get bulky"
Well, I have been working out ever since I was 17, I am lifting for the past 2 years, trying to get more muscle mass and I didn't get bulky at all, I wish I could get a little more muscular, but it's hard! It takes time and a lot of dedication to the #gym.
Ladies, if you want to tighten your body, lift up your butt, get some #abs going on- forget about cardio machines and move to the weight room; forget about diets and start eat healthy. Following these two simple rules can change your life.
