⭐Lean turkey burgers ⭐ My mum bought some lean turkey mince today and asked me to show her how to make something with it, these are the end result: 500g extra lean turkey mince, 4 diced spring onions, finely diced thumb size piece of ginger, 1 small egg, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients and make into burgers (this mixture makes 6-7) . Chill for 10-15 mins.
