So I'm at the coffee shop ordering my iced latte with a double shot of espresso with soy milk, asking the girl to put less milk, more coffee and the guy next to is ordering. Frapuccino! ? I love Frapuccino!!! But it has at least 30 gr of sugar and lots of fat, so I never order it ?
But I want it so bad! So I'm asking the girl to put my coffee in a blender, ( girl hates me for so many requests, a little tip changes her attitude lol) then I add lots of cinnamon, 1 Splenda and there we go, I'm enjoying my delicious Frapuccino with zero guilt! Have a great day and stay fit and healthy! ?
