Blue blue ocean. We went sailing and swam with turtles today! Ended the day with a playful arm balance/handstand practice - I'm working so hard on crow to handstand without the strap but I'm struggling... Patience. Patience. Patience. Will show you guys some cool video clips of our practice tomorrow. Loving this video thing! Maybe I can talk my teachers Brock and Krista into getting in front of the camera too... It will blow your mind. Every single practice I am amazed by seeing them in action.
