From @noriecicerone Mind the Gap. Parowan Gap is a natural break in the mountains used by Native Americans, Old Spanish Trail explorers, and, today, bicyclists and drivers. The rock is an astonishing gallery of 1000-year-old petroglyphs. Worth stopping, even if the kids complain. Lots of theories but no consensus on the meaning of the rock art, so make up your own.
