?Good night friends!! My sleep schedule has not been good since I got back from Australia. Sleep brings so many good things! And if you are having trouble sleeping try these-
1. Write everything that's on your mind down on a Piece of paper.
2. Unplug about 2 hrs before bed time. Shut off the computer, tv and read a book. The light emitted from these devices keeps your brain awake.
3. Herbal chamomile tea with a hot shower.
4.Wake up determined and go to bed satisfied
