Just finished prepping my breakfast for tomorrow. Our new favorite breakfast lately is chilled oatmeal.
Cup of oatmeal
Strawberries
2 tbl spoons non fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp chai seeds
Few Peanuts
Vanilla almond milk
I pre cook oatmeal a with water for 1-2 min, then mix with the rest of ingredients, fill it up with almond milk and put in a fridge over night.
I made mine with strawberries and with bananas for my significant one
Delicious and super healthy breakfast will be waiting for me in the morning :)
