After the mid week rains Kathmadu is quite clear. The glaciated LangTang Range is visible to the north and the air is clean. The Garden of Dreams is a restored Rana Palace that was restored with aid from the Austrian government. It is a tiny oasis in the northwest part of Kathmandu. Fountains, plants and regal old school ambiance.
