Good morning from sunny Cairo. Nader tells his mother, Entesar, a secret and the two start laughing. Eleven-year-old Nader is Entesar's favorite child. The two are part of a 10-member fishing family living on three small boats along the River Nile in Cairo. Looking down on them are towering apartment buildings with a spectacular view of the Nile and surely they are among some of the most expensive real estate in the Egyptian capital, a place where stark contrasts live side by side.
