A golf cart crosses Del Webb Boulevard in Sun City, Arizona. This age-restricted, self-governed city of 40,000 retirees was Webb's vision. This new idea of retirement Webb envisioned more than 50 years ago centered on nurturing a lifestyle that emphasized staying active.
