In 2024, we don’t need resolutions, we need a MINDSET SHIFT 🔥✨

How are you switching your Mindset this year?

2023 was filled with lessons, one of which was to be unapologetic about my gifts and share them with the world. So let’s start 2024 strong, shall we? 😎

I haven’t taken any resolutions this year, instead I operated a mindset shift to walk and be disciplined in my purpose.
Let me share with you the 5 shift I’ll be operating in 2024

▪️ Nurture & talk more of the resources and knowledge I already have
For as much as I was running after things I needed, I forgot to nurture and give grace to what I had. In 2024, I will take the time to do so.

▪️ Document & post the process
It’s easy to share the success and the wins, easier to share your hardships once you are out of it, but it’s a true challenge to talk about it while you are going through the storm.
It’s a crazy challenge, but I guess that is what we call embracing your vulnerability.

▪️ Create inspiring & intentional content
Because athletes are humans too, I want to inspire in truth, and showcase what the Real Life of an Olympian / Elite athlete is about.
It’s not just victories and medals but also tears, sacrifices and at times unrelated to anything athletic 🤷🏾‍♀️

▪️ Build a united & stronger community
Together we are stronger! The way you support me is how I want to give back to you too. From mindset, to daily inspirations, all the way to uplifting each other, I aim to build a caring, ambitious, driven and loving community, so we can strive and succeed together.

▪️ Share my testimonials & the word of God
Faith has been the most important pillar in my life, especially the past 3 years. I have experienced so much growth and revelations through the word of God that I need to share what could be your inspiration to keep going.
