Recipe:
10-11 Servings
750ml Jim Beam™
2oz of Simple Syrup
1 Vanilla Bean
5-6 Cinnamon Sticks
10 Cloves
2 Star Anise
Ginger
Black Walnut Bitters
Water
Pour out 6oz of Jim Beam and set aside for future use. Add in 2oz of Simple Syrup. Add 1 Vanilla bean, 5-6 Cinnamon Sticks, 10 Cloves, 2 Star Anise, a few pieces of Ginger into the bottle. Add 12-15 dashes of Black Walnut Bitters. Add 2oz of Water. Shake and chill in freezer overnight. When ready to serve, add 2oz of cocktail over ice, and garnish with Orange peel, Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise.
