30 minute hotel strength workout 🏋🏼♀️
SAVE this for your next trip! ✅ Give this full body session a go when you’re on an adventure and have access to dumbbells! It took us 30 minutes total and we felt amazing afterwards! 🥰
Circuit 1:
➡️ 10 Goblet squats
➡️ 12 Incline presses
➡️ 15 Butterfly sit ups
Circuit 2:
➡️ 10 Reverse lunges (per side)
➡️ 12 Batwing rows
➡️ 15 Russian twists
Circuit 3:
➡️ 10 Romanian deadlifts
➡️ 12 Tricep dips
➡️ 15 Plank hip dips
Go for three rounds of each circuit 🔥
