Prioritising time to work out can be so hard. I get it. I really do.

Somedays it might just not happen for whatever reason and that's MORE than okay. Sometimes you just don't want to work out. I've been there. Or other times, you've got a never-ending to-do list and can't think straight unless you've done it all. Again, I've been there.

BUT I do think there's a difference between deciding not to work out for your own well-being when you might have the time.... versus prioritising your health and working out with the time you DO have.

This message is to motivate you to look after yourself. Not to place judgment. I want you to thrive and be the best possible version of yourself and sometimes, to get to that point people need reminding of what's REALLY important. Your health.

Getting into the headspace of using your time to benefit your body and mind isn't easy.... but trust me - it's SO WORTH IT. It will positively impact your life in SO many ways. The easiest way to get into this headspace is to just start. Do your best to stay committed and think about all the benefits that come from prioritising time, JUST for you.
