My mom is the best for keeping some of my actual clothes from cheerleading uniforms, to prom dresses to my homecoming suit and everyone had my pictures pinned to their costumes, ha! I had forgotten all of the hairstyles I’ve gone through (some I was hoping others would forget, see pic 3🤣) There’s a quote by Winston Churchill that I love that says “Success is not final, failure is not final, it’s the courage to continue that counts.” Soooo, a little advice from the view up here. Don’t spend time marveling at your successes or wallowing in your failures, simply HAVE THE COURAGE TO CONTINUE! Stay faithful and true to the important things in life, your faith, your family and your friendships. Dig those roots in deep. In everything else, keep growing, keep learning, keep changing, keep going! 50 is a lot of life lived, and also it’s gone by in a blink. I could not be more thankful for where I am right now, for all the friends and fam that surround me, for all the ups and downs that brought me here, and for all that’s coming in this next 50, or however many years God grants me. Whatever I used to think about 50 I was totally wrong..This is the good life!
