They came to me while traveling, wandering through the museums, walking the streets. “How did people do all of this without all of the tools, machines, modern conveniences? How did they have the time?” I wondered. Then these words popped into my head. They weren’t sitting, scrolling, spending hours every day watching other people do things; they were doing, building, collaborating, creating! And the thought occurred to me, “We were made in the image of God as creators, not consumers.” So, I’m going to take some time away from here, stop consuming so much, and see what happens.
